Wine is a seasonal and often limited product. We do our best to keep our online catalogue current, but sometimes a popular product will sell out before we have a chance to update our website. If that happens we'll contact you and offer a refund or a substitute. If the vintage has changed, we'll contact you and confirm whether you wish to take the new vintage instead. We guarantee our service 100%, with the exception of errors (we're only human!) - if we can't fill your order to your complete satisfaction we'll happily refund your money.

 

Also note that many of the wines listed on this site are not always in stock at our shop. In that case it usually takes just a few business days to bring the wine in from the warehouse. The delivery service offered is an economy service which means it usually takes another few days for your order to reach you once it leaves our shop. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. If you need an urgent delivery, or require your order at a specific time please place your order directly with our shop.

 

Finally, under the law you must be at least 18 years old to order from this site. We may require proof of age prior to delivery!
