We will accept orders by phone, email or in person if you prefer not to order online.

Delivery charges may be added to each order at checkout if you choose a paid delivery service.

We may cancel and order and refund any payment where an incorrect price has been displayed or calculated on this website.

We offer to match the advertised price of any identical wine offered on this Site (including delivery fee, if applcable) for 14 days from the date of your order.

Simply contact us within 14 days of placing your order with relevant details of the offer to be matched. We will credit your account for any difference on verification of the offer to be matched.

The relevant product must have been readily available on the date of your order and been advertised openly and unconditionally to consumers in the Sydney metropolitan area.
