We currently ship without charge to the following Australian states:

You can also collect your order from our shop at 189 Miller Street, North Sydney. We'll contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
You must supply a phone number for the recipient to prevent delays.
A priority delivery service is available for a flat-rate between $9.90 and $19.90 depending on destination. If you choose the priority shipping option we will dispatch your order using the fastest available delivery service, usually on the next business day.
If delivery is required in our local delivery area (within 5 km of our shop), you may request the date and time for delivery provided you give us at least 1 business day notice (and choose the Timed delivery service at checkout). We will contact you to confirm the time and date requested.
When will my order arrive?
We will ship your order as soon as possible, but please allow at least 7-14 days for free delivery because we use the most economical delivery service available.
If you need your order quickly please choose Priority Delivery Service as your delivery method. This method is not available for residential addresses without a contact phone number for the recipient. Deliveries to business addresses are often faster because there is usually someone available to sign for the order during business hours.
Delivery to regional and remote areas may take longer and may require collection from your nearest available depot.
Wherever possible we will supply you with tracking details for your delivery.
Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Weekend deliveries in Sydney may be possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us first to confirm whether it's possible.
We're sorry, but we can't deliver everywhere...
We do not deliver to other countries, the Northern Territory, islands smaller than Tasmania, dry communities, or remote areas where there is neither a door to door service or a local depot available. If you place an order to these areas we will cancel your order and refund your money in full.
Exclusions and re-delivery costs
We make every effort to deliver your order in accordance with your instructions.
We may charge an additional delivery fee where re-delivery is required. If we incur additonal costs because you supply us with incomplete or incorrect delivery instructions you must reimburse those costs within 7 days.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery card will be left advising you what to do next. If there is no response to the delivery card within 7 days your order will be returned to us and we may charge additional delivery fees to re-deliver your order.
Online orders may be limited to retail quantities. Please contact us to arrange a quote if you require a larger order.
The minimum order is 1 bottle.
If you receive one or more broken items in your order please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund or replace the broken items.
Proof of age
We support the responsible service of alcohol and may require proof of age at the time of delivery.
We may delay or cancel your order if we are not satisfied as to your age or the age of the recipient of your order.
Online orders may not be delivered or made available for collection on a same day basis.
If you have paid by credit card you may request that we leave your delivery unattended, however we reserve the right to leave a delivery card instead if we cannot find a safe place or there are persons under the age of 18 years in the vicinity.

Returned products must be in unopen, original and saleable condition and packaging.
