The Australian Bollinger! Croser is the sparkling wine of Petaluma, and is a project that was co-founded by Champagne house Bollinger. One of Australia's original super-premium sparklings, it is a tight, firm dry style with very good length. Gary Walsh's Winorama review of Croser 2004 - Aromas of lemon/lime, apple and biscuit. On the palate it has some delicacy with a fine but lightly foamy texture and flavours of white peach, citrus, green apple and biscuit. Not especially complex as yet though - a fresh and fruit driven style that is quite unlike Champagne.
