Refunds

We stand by our products and services completely. Provided you have proof of purchase, in the event that a product is faulty or incorrectly described we'll happily offer you a full refund or exchange. Further, if you're not 100% satisfied with wine you buy from us just let us know within 30 days of receiving the wine and we'll offer a full refund or exchange of the unwanted (and undamaged!) bottles. We'll even meet the reasonable costs of getting the wine back to us. Again, proof of purchase may be required.
